Volunteer
Services

Volunteers have been an integral and vital part of our residents' lives since the Reutlinger Community for Jewish Living was founded under the name Home for Jewish Parents. Their contributions,  whether helping to transport wheelchair-bound residents, helping in the garden, leading an activity, playing a game of chess, or visiting one-to-one with a resident, are immeasurable.

Volunteers play a key role in helping and complementing the efforts of our staff in assuring that the special needs of each resident will be met in a way that is personal to each individual.

You may choose to work with residents, staff, in large groups activities or with a single resident. Nearly every department of the Community needs and welcomes volunteers. Select one of these many areas to fit your own interests and skills or tell us of your own special skill and how we may be able to use it to enhance the lives of our residents.
